What data this site gathers, what it does, and what it never does. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, a self-assessed health level, tobacco use, the coverage amount and term you want. These go to the carriers' quoting engine to return rates and are not saved by this site. No name, address, phone or email is needed to see quotes. Identical requests are occasionally served from cache to spare the quoting service a repeat call.

Applying

Should you apply, your answers from above prefill the carriers' secure application and you continue under that platform's privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129) is a licensed California insurance agency that processes applications.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional phone, your preferred way to be reached, what the message is about, and your message. Email takes your message to the agency and serves as the reply address. This site keeps no copy, no database, no log. A lightweight anti-spam check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This site measures page views using a first-party, cookieless counter served from this domain. No cookies or unique identifiers are created; the last two octets of your IP are hidden before storage; URLs that send referrers are stripped of their query strings; raw logs are wiped after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track enabled or Global Privacy Control active are not counted at all.

What we do not do

We do not buy or sell visitor data, use tracking pixels for advertising, or load other companies' analytics. The application page is the only place third-party code runs, and it only loads if you navigate there.
